I am also a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists. I also hold the following certification credentials: The DCSW- Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, the ACSW - Academy of Certified Social Workers and the CTMH- Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. I work with Individuals- Adults, Adolescents and Children, and with Couples and Families with a variety of issues to help and heal you with your mental wellbeing and emotional health. Telehealth appointments with online booking! Get the help you need, when and where it works for you through live online video sessions from your phone, computer, laptop or tablet - all you need is a reliable internet connection. You must be physically in Florida for all your virtual sessions. You can schedule an appointment today! Prior to the first appointment you will be sent an email invitation to join your secure HIPAA compliant client portal through Telehealth by Simple Practice. Within the portal you will be able to access and sign all the required consents and documents, complete all the required questionnaires, and upload the front and the back of your insurance cards and the front and the back of your photo ID for identity verification under documents and uploads. It is required that you do complete, sign and upload the above to your secure HIPAA compliant client portal at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please do so 48 hours in advance to not be subject to the late cancelation/no show fee. Thank you.
