Introduction

Dr. Alice Roberts, LCSW, CST: Do you need support, education, or hope in creating sexual wholeness? I am a certified sex therapist and work with a broad range of sexual issues, including desire discrepancy, problematic sexual behaviors, LGBTQIA (orientation concerns, transitioning, or parenting), trauma, infidelity, “sexless” marriages, orgasm concerns, ED/premature/delayed ejaculation, polyamory, kink, pornography concerns, or resolving conflict between spirituality and sexuality. I offer individual and couple counseling to help you discover your desired sexual story. I also work with couples to create emotional connection. If you and your partner are struggling to create the relationship you want, or find the relationship you used to have, I can help. Lastly, I help individuals working to overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety in finding healing. My goal is to provide a judgement-free space so you can grow into your best self. Hope is powerful, and I will work to help you find hope and healing in whatever situation your are facing. I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have a PhD in clinical sexology and a Masters degree in social work. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, running, reading, and watching movies with my family. ****** Casey Bowles, MFT Intern *Now available with reduced rates* Hi, I’m Casey, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern passionate about helping individuals, couples/relationships, and families create meaningful and fulfilling connections. My professional experience in psychology includes working with people in crisis, supporting those navigating addiction and/or mental health concerns (like anxiety and depression), and providing direct care for adolescents age 14 and above and adults. I focus on working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families, and I understand the unique challenges that can arise at the intersection of spirituality and sexuality. I am an affirming clinician and will support you no matter your background in a judgement-free space. I use a personalized approach to therapy, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method to ensure you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your unique situation. I believe that change happens when we explore the stories we tell ourselves and discover new ways to see ourselves and our relationships. Whether you're facing relationship struggles, familial tension, identity questions, personal challenges, sexual challenges, symptoms of depression and anxiety, or other challenges you need support through, I’m here to help you navigate the path toward healing, connection, and growth. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Utah Tech University and am pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. Under the supervision of Dr. Alice Roberts, I’m deepening my skills in working with sexual health, marriage, and family issues. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, interior design, reading, baking, and spending time with my cat, Honey. I’d love the chance to work with you and help you find the joy in your life and relationships that you rightfully deserve. What are you waiting for?
