Introduction

I have been a counselor and art therapist for over 20 years. My experience has been in a myriad of settings from outpatient treatment, community/home based counseling, higher education counseling and private practice. I consider myself to be a holistic therapist, in that I work with my clients by considering their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self and work from all of these "parts". In addition, I'm a person centered therapist. This means I accept you were you are and am grateful you have chosen me to be on this journey called life with you.
