I want to provide support and growth in anyway that I can do so! We are all so busy and I find that if we are able to take the time to slow down, process what is going on and explore it, we will be able to handle anything that comes our way. Using Telehealth services gives the flexibility of meeting with a therapist on your time, in your own setting with still utilizing confidentiality. I have training in speech therapy, which is especially helpful with techniques to manage anxiety in social situations or public speaking events. In addition, I use a variety of methods including CBT, DBT, Narrative Family Therapy and Motivational interviewing. I am always working to build on strengths and increase feelings of self worth.
