Casey Jackson

Behavioral Health Therapist EMDR Therapy KC
Specialties: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Abandonment, Abandonment,

Introduction

I have 18 years of experience in the field from acute hospitals to case management services including working in schools with IEP's and 504 plans. My specialty is acute teenagers with high levels of trauma, suicidal ideations, self damaging and anger problems. I practice modalities of CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Sensorimotor depending on presentation of mental health disorder and need/response of client. I believe in person centered therapy techniques that guide and empower the client to understand and change the brain's responses to trauma, depression, and other mental health disorders.
