I specialize in life stress, “work-life balance”, anxiety, communication, attachment, and burnout. By utilizing problem-solving and/or solution focused therapy my goal is to help my clients make the changes they seek in their life. For couples, I utilize emotionally focused therapy to help couples enhance their relationship and work through challenges. We have all had positive and negative experiences in our lives. Some of our experiences relate to one another, and yet it is still different. I can only know and feel how an individual feels by listening and hearing their story. Each of us has a story to unpack and sometimes we need to unpack that story with someone neutral, without judgement.
