Introduction

With 12+ years of experience in the field of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, I have used my skills and knowledge to help individuals and families problem-solve through their most difficult times through Cognitive Restructuring and Narrative approaches. I offer specialized treatment for First Responders, Active Military, Veterans, and their families. Treatment specialties also include: Couple Therapy, Family Therapy, individuals who are struggling with family members with Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ODD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Addiction/ Substance Use, and Personality Disorders. I have experience working with the various developmental stages across the lifespan and on a whole systems level to help understand and manage the different dynamics that arise. My treatment approach is to adapt to each client’s needs, meet them where they are at, and support each person on their life journey. Educationally, I hold a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy along with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Currently I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a Licensed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC-1). I offer superlative business experience, creating and developing programs from the ground up, while also using my therapeutic talent to quiet the chaos encompassing all levels of care!
