Introduction

I can relate with the deeply vulnerable step of reaching out for help. To walk into a therapist office for the first time unsure of what to expect but hoping for change and healing. I can relate to the feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and anxiety that come when our world feels like it is spinning out of control, and we cannot get it to stop. I can understand the frustration of trying everything you can think of to make the pain go away and yet it is still there like a dark cloud causing you to cry, scream, and beg it all to go away and everything to get better. My goal as a therapist is to help you understand why and what is causing you to feel the way you do and work alongside you to create a plan of healing and wellness. Together we will face each challenge and work to create healing and change using safety, support, and proven therapeutic interventions. The counseling office is not always one of challenges and heartache but of laughter and celebration. With each step forward we will celebrate, process, and work together to take the next step towards healing. Together we will work to help you understand you better as I believe that the best expert in anyone is themselves. I am an open, honest, and caring therapist who desires to come alongside you and walk into the darkest places of your life while showing you the support and care you deserve. I believe that with support, care, understanding, and a little laughter we will be able to discover the true you by listening to your body and mind. If you feel like there is no one there, I am here and ready to help you find the best you possible. I work with individuals who face day-to-day challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, past hurts, and current stressors. I want to be there for you, hear your story, and help you find healing. We will work together to understand your emotions and feelings while seeking to find why they are there and how we can help you find the authentic healing and wholeness you desire. Together we will learn to create boundaries, control emotions, and develop skills that will help you to not only manage but thrive in your life. We will face previous memories and moments that are holding you back from reaching your goals. Together we will work to increase your confidence, courage, desire, and understanding to help you to become more present, engaged, and joyful in your life.
