Introduction

I help my clients address their anger, relationship conflict, trauma, and identity issues. I will bring into session my honesty and respect for you. I believe you deserve a place free of judgment or expectations. In that safety, my clients will often interact with the root of the conflict in their lives, their patterns, and their emotional experiences. With tools, knowledge, and reflection I believe real change is possible. I draw from my experiences as a gay, multicultural Latina to inform my collaborative, trauma informed, and radically compassionate therapeutic approach. I have worked deeply with underserved communities, including survivors of abuse , individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of natural disasters, the LGTBQ community, people with racialized identities, and other communities impacted by systemic oppression. When we heal, we unlock deep joy, creativity, connection, and self acceptance. You deserve to experience the most fulfilled, centered version of yourself.
