My name is Casey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of community and mental health settings, including working with pregnant and parenting clients, military veterans and families, and clients with chronic illness. I love working with womxn and families on perinatal and maternal mental health as well as clients deciding what building a family looks like to them, clients adjusting to diagnoses of chronic illness, and womxn in all stages of life on health and mental health issues. I use an integrative approach, drawing from several modalities such as strengths-based & solution-focused approaches as well as mindfulness, to meet you where you're at & tailor treatment around your goals & needs – enabling you to look at what's going wrong, what's going right, & to help build on your strengths & interests to empower you to create change. I understand that everyone’s path looks different, so no two people’s therapeutic journeys are going to be the same. My goal is to help you navigate your path & use your voice in a way that feels authentic for you. I want you to feel heard & seen, so I focus on creating a safe, judgment free space where you can share your story & know that you aren't alone.
