I’m a licensed mental health counselor, but you can think of me as your companion on your path to healing. My passion is serving people who want to feel better and more at peace after a devastating experience but may fear the unknown of how counseling works or wonder if they really need it or will get any relief. I intimately know how messy and ugly life can be. I’ve had my own struggles throughout my life and learned something invaluable from every one of them. I offer my clients an authentic, direct style with warmth and, at times, a dose of humor. I believe when we are able to laugh, our heart opens and we connect with ourselves and others at a deeper level.
