I work with children, teens and adults experiencing stress at home, school or work. If your child is struggling with temper tantrums, anxiety, low self-esteem, or anger outbursts, this could be their way of alerting you of a bigger problem. I provide play, sand tray, and art therapy techniques to help them express their feelings openly, learn healthy communication styles and develop coping mechanisms they can use as needed. I also enjoy working with adults that struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, pandemic issues and relationship problems. I use a Person Centered approach to therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Brainspotting and Nature informed therapy.
