Introduction

A practitioner for many years and in private practice since 2015, Catherine offers many years of applied clinical experience. Her practice is intentionally modest in size in order to fully personalize your care. Common treatments include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Polyvagal Theory. Brief Therapy in 4-8 sessions can also be helpful and may comfortably fit your budget. A total health approach in psychotherapy helps clients feel prepared to handle new stress in life, to understand one's past experience in a balanced way, and to set aside old ways that really don't work.
