Introduction

I created Wholistic Haven with a vision to integrate mental health, sexuality & holistic practices in order to reach WHOLE health. Stumbling our way forward has got us this far but we need better tools to become the best version of ourselves. I identify as a queer Afro-Latina woman, served 8+ years in the United States Air Force as both an enlisted member and officer and retired as a Captain in the Biomedical Sciences Corps. I reside in the beautiful state of Florida with my family and value maintaining an active lifestyle, having a spiritual/astrological practice that supports grounding and therapeutic journaling, reading, dancing, staying active and coloring as a meditative practice. I pride myself on encouraging individuals to honor their authentic selves while allowing grace during the transformation stage of becoming the best version of themselves. I offer both individual and couples psychotherapy, lifestyle coaching, group facilitations, psychiatric evaluations, court-involved psychotherapy, mental health/wellness education and training for medical and non-medical personnel, gender-affirming treatment to include surgical readiness assessments, education and outreach for those transitioning. Ultimately, I will serve as a guide and resource to help you identify the tools you need to heal and thrive and design the life you ultimately desire. Mental health services are only available to clients in Florida and New Mexico. Lifestyle coaching and gender-affirming consultations made available to anyone regardless of their primary state of residence.
