Many people come to me after years of therapy, still feeling stuck or not quite where they want to be. With the depth of my clinical experience, over 30 years in practice, and the wisdom gained from life itself—I help clients reach the next level of healing. By integrating powerful, evidence-based therapy modalities, we work together to create meaningful, lasting change. I draw from a range of therapeutic models, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ego State Therapy (IFS Informed), Somatic Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and others. All of these approaches are adapted to your individual needs, within a collaborative, client-centered framework. As a couples therapist I draw from training in both the Gottman Model and Prepare Enrich. As a Relational Psychotherapis, I believe deeply in the transformative power of relationships—especially the one we build together in therapy. I strive to create a space that is safe, authentic, and free of judgment, where you can show up fully and explore what’s bringing you here. While healing can be profound, it doesn’t always have to be heavy—I often bring humor into the room to help us connect and move through the process with lightness and humanity. Empathy is at the core of everything I do. No past is too painful, no story too overwhelming, and no shame too deep to keep me from standing with you. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk beside you—through healing, growth, and the path toward becoming your most authentic, empowered self. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but together we can explore, discover, and uncover the solutions that feel right and meaningful to you. My approach is strengths-based and integrative, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I see therapy as a sacred journey, one where we collaborate to identify and pursue the goals that matter most to you. For those who are interested, I also offer spiritually integrated therapy, always honoring and respecting your personal values, beliefs, and traditions. My role is to support your unique path— not to guide it with my own.
