Introduction

Whether you an adult, parent or even a therapist, seeking ways to support your brain and body's functioning is important. I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist and trauma-informed therapist who's goal is providing support for clients with diverse challenges including: ADHD'ers, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationships, family conflict, anger, insomnia, self-esteem, work related stress, and women's issues. The specialization of ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) and anxiety lies in understanding how these two conditions manifest uniquely in individuals, how they interact with each other, and how to approach treatment. Both ADHD and anxiety involve issues with attention, focus, and emotional regulation, but they have distinct characteristics and underlying mechanisms. Let’s break down how each condition presents and how they can overlap, making it important to specialize in managing both. ADHD coaching teaches individuals with ADHD can develop the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to manage your symptoms. Understanding how your brain is wired can be deeply empowering. Anxiety does not have to be your enemy. There are ways to work with your anxiety that can help you manage anxious thoughts.
