Introduction

I work with couples and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, and LGBTQ+ identity and experiences. I approach therapy collaboratively, using strengths-based, social-justice-oriented, and solution-focused lenses. In my work with the Queer, I Therapy Center at RCC, I draw on my training in affirming care as well as my own experience as a bisexual, transgender man. With couples, I use Gottman Method relationship techniques to support traditional couples as well as polyamorous relationships.
