Introduction

My name is Celeste Skelton and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state. I graduated from Colorado Christian University (CCU) with a degree in Psychology before pursuing a Master's degree from CCU in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating in 2019. I work with adolescents and young adults, utilizing person-centered talk therapy. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, women's issues, and more. Life can be unexpected! Sometimes we don’t have the best tools to deal with what we have in front of us, which is where counseling can become helpful. Learning how to best deal with our past, present, and future circumstances is a gift everyone deserves. Established in 2020, I know what it's like to experience uncertainty! Anyone can experience feeling anxious or depressed, and I'm here to help by providing a non-judgmental, encouraging approach to mental health struggles. I am available in-person in Littleton, CO and via teletherapy for anyone living in Colorado or Washington state. Please choose the "Request Appointment" button for availability. I accept private pay in Colorado and insurance through Mindful Therapy Group in Washington state. Please contact me for questions about fees.
