Whether you’re coping with stress, grief, or a mood disorder, or seeking support during a significant life change, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I tailor my work to the unique needs and goals of each client by utilizing a strength-based, person-centered approach that honors your experiences while helping you build the skills needed to move forward. I work with adults (18+) and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for clients across Michigan.
