Life can feel like you’re drowning when you're struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or uncertainty. Whether you need support finding balance, healing from loss, or simply getting unstuck, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work on restoring your sense of self in a safe and supportive space—one small step at a time. Counseling is my second career, and as such, I am able to bring my varied life experience to my work with clients. I am a mom and wife, a former teacher, and a daughter to a single mother. I have experience navigating identity crises, parenting, aging parents, challenging family dynamics, grief and loss, and body image distress. I can appreciate how challenging it is to reach out for help and to find a therapist who feels like a good fit. I believe it is an honor to sit with any client willing to sit down with me, and I hope I can provide space for you in which to receive the help and support you deserve.
