Introduction

Hello, I'm Celmira. I understand that it can be challenging to seek support, especially when you're uncertain. Please know that you are not alone in this journey. For over 20 years, I have assisted many individuals who have faced, at one time or another, self-doubt, worry, loss, or dissatisfaction with certain aspects of their lives. Regardless of the reason for considering therapy, in our sessions, I strive to create a warm and accepting space for you to focus on what is truly meaningful to you. I will be there to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and offer new perspectives. You will be free to express yourself openly, knowing you will be genuinely heard, and acquire coping skills that will benefit you beyond our time together. In my approach to therapy, I focus on the present while acknowledging how our past experiences, culture, and identity shape our perceptions and decisions. Drawing from various evidence-based therapies, I provide opportunities for reflection and actionable steps toward personal growth and healing. Therapy can help you navigate uncertainty with acceptance while leveraging your strengths to feel more content.
