Welcome to Block Counseling and Personal Wellness Strategies. Chamika has been licensed within Professional Counselor since 2015 in the state of Maryland. Chamika treats a wide range of clients, and specializes in working with people dealing with life transitions, issues related to core identity, and mother-daughter dynamics. Chamika provides a warm and supportive therapeutic environment that allows clients to connect with who they are and who they want to become while building skills to build a bridge between those spaces. Sessions are conducted virtually allowing for clients to have more flexibility when scheduling as the commute to and from the office has been eliminated.
