As a practitioner of many healing practices, I take the whole person into consideration. I have special interests in treating PTSD, ADHD, whole body health, and self-improvement. I have worked as a traditional therapist, but also as a behavioral health consultant in primary medical care facility. So, I have an understanding of both the mental health side and the physical health side of things. I hold space for people to share their stories and I'm always honored when I get to be a part of someone's healing journey. I deeply believe in the mind-body connection, so I use my psychology background paired with many alternative healing modalities such as healthy diet, exercise, natural herbs and supplements, energy work, and yoga to help people reconnect with their authentic self and heal. I also use the therapy modalities listed on my profile in conjunction with these. Healing is not just one domain like physical, emotional, mental, emotional, energetic, or spiritual. It is all of these combined. All of these domains need to be taken into consideration and addressed to truly heal. I approach all people with this in mind and tailor their healing plan to what they need as an individual.
