Introduction

A licensed professional since 2013, I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma, anxiety, sex addiction, depression and relationship issues. I offer a free 30 minute consultation to any who are interested in counseling. I work with individuals, couples and groups, and I am certified in Brainspotting. (See Brainspotting.com for more information.) Group therapy offers the extra healing opportunity of being able to connect with others with similar experiences. I currently run weekly 90-minute therapy groups for trauma survivors and those struggling with sex addiction. These groups utilize highly effective and engaging experiential therapy modalities. For those individuals or couples who would like to dedicate concentrated time to their healing process, I also offer 1, 2 or 3 day therapy intensives. A day-long intensive is 7 hours of therapy.
