The most important aspect of counseling to me is creating a warm and welcoming space where you can be yourself and feel safe to talk about whatever is on your mind. I use a mix of approaches, drawing primarily from Adlerian psychology and Existential therapy, with relevant methods to fit your needs. My goal is to build a trusting relationship that helps you find hope, resilience, and confidence. I know that facing personal struggles can be tough and painful, and I admire your courage in seeking support. Whether we work together or not, I truly believe that positive change, growth, and happiness are possible for you!
