As a therapist, I seek to collaborate with you to find ways of addressing your concerns that highlight your strengths and respect your most authentic self. I provide individual therapy for adolescents (12+) and adults on life challenges such as anxiety, depression, developing coping strategies, self-esteem, dating and relationships, sexuality/gender identity, and more. I have passion for working with adolescents, LGBTQIA+ folk, and those who identify as non-monogamous/polyamorous or part of the kink community. As well, I hold a strong respect for the identities and experiences you bring into the therapeutic relationship. I approach therapy with a variety of clinical styles such as Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based approaches. However, your needs and goals are most important in therapy. I will always adjust my style, so that therapy will feel authentic for you.
