Introduction

I have been working in the field of counseling as a professional counselor for the last 6 +years. I continue to learn new strategies for helping with issues such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD in adults. These issues pop up a lot with many people and include irritability and frustration, and much more. I use many of the techniques offered through, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Attachment issues from childhood that show up in adult behavior can often be helped through these methods. I also, understand and have many strategies and coping skills to help with binge eating. I offer a holistic perspective to those who wish to also speak to their spiritual side in a very compassionate and Christian way.
