Charlotte Smalls is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. She holds Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons University and received a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus. Most of Charlotte's career has been in the juvenile justice field. She has held positions from Caseworker and Residential Clinician to Clinical Director. Charlotte previously worked as a private practice clinician for four years. During that time not only did she see and treat clients, she also supervised many other private practice clinicians who were working towards licensure. Charlotte has been trained in and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to meet client needs including solution-focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
