I am a clinical mental health counselor. I create a holistic, supportive, and empowering approach to my practice which includes traditional therapeutic methods as well as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, EMDR, and clinical hypnotherapy. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or working through interpersonal conflicts, I help my clients access and utilize their inner resources to alleviate the mental and physical effects of living a stressful life and get rid of limiting beliefs that have been holding them back and down. As I always say, “We have all the resources within us to live the life we desire and deserve.”
