Introduction

Do you want to overcome depression or anxiety and feel confident? Are you struggling with relationships? Do you find yourself getting angry quickly? Sometimes life transitions get difficult to manage. I have been helping people with these problems for 10 years and we can work collaboratively and holistically. We will focus on physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life. We will figure out your best qualities and strengths, your personal resources and virtues to realize your true potential that will help you heal. My specialty is working with people who have trauma histories and those who are ready to begin self-reflection and actualization. I am EMDR trained and utilize various modalities to encourage change and promote healing. Additionally, I have years of experience focused on addiction treatment and can balance working on multiple issues together. Whether you are facing a new crisis or feeling stuck with old feelings and behaviors, therapy can be a useful tool to help you move on with your life. Utilizing a direct and thoughtful approach, I will help you find coping strategies to deal with the immediate stressor and help you identify underlying patterns and issues to make a lasting change.
