Introduction

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transition, relationships, postpartum, parenting, child safety ed., and child welfare consulting for women, men, couples, families, and youth from ages+. If you’re experiencing challenges with managing your emotions, feeling stuck, dealing with past hurt, trauma, resentment, failure, shame, guilt, rejection, comparing yourself to others, poor boundaries, putting others first, or having trouble with handling uncomfortable situations in healthy ways that feel comfortable for you, you are not alone! When old tools no longer work, we must learn new tools to help us grow and thrive! Building a strong relationship of trust with my clients is very important to me! Most people are attending therapy for the first time, and it is critical they feel comfortable, seen heard, and understood. Allow me to guide you with learning to trust yourself enough to choose you by learning the proper tools to help you meet your therapeutic goals. I provide a supportive, culturally competent, judgment-free environment, specifically tailored to the individual needs of my clients. I incorporate a person-centered approach with solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and strength-based therapy interventions. My clients enjoy my down-to-earth personality allowing them to feel safe, trust, share, and grow! We are all different for a reason, and learning self-awareness is key to understanding, accepting, and changing our thoughts and behaviors. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation!
