Your well-being is my ultimate concern. Since 2014, I have provided clients in the middle Tennessee area a wide range of counseling services to suit their needs. I received my Masters from Trevecca Nazarene University and hold a Marriage and Family Therapist License (#1243). I utilize CBT, IFS, and EFT in session, and I also am certified to work with trauma through TF-CBT. Whether you’re an individual, a couple or a family looking for help - my therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process.
