Introduction

Hi, I’m Chelsea! My pronouns are she/her. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon and Indiana. I specialize in bringing attunement between your inner world and your outer world. I utilize a relational approach to support the development of self-awareness and healing. With expanded insight comes authentic expression and new understanding of patterns, blind spots, trauma, and relationships. I enjoy providing people with tools to cultivate wholeness. With a background in outdoor leadership, hospice, community, residential, and school-based mental health, I have experience working with diverse individuals in unique settings and often incorporate my values of nature and self-expression into my work. With years of experience working with adolescents and young adults in the outdoors, I’ve developed a deep reverence and awareness of our connection with the natural world, and I am passionate about bridging that gap. I can say with certainty: connection creates healing. Connection between you and yourself, connection between you and the natural world, connection between you and your community. My approach to therapy is rooted in various psychotherapies that support the development of these connections, such as humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic experiencing, interpersonal neurobiology, brainspotting, experiential, cognitive behavioral, and acceptance commitment. What does that mean for you? Simply, I help you… – connect back to what makes you unique and your authentic expression – create awareness about how your unconscious beliefs play a large role in your everyday life – learn how to tune in to your body’s innate wisdom – identify how your thoughts and actions interact – explore the connection between your thoughts, actions, and your relationships My intention is to help you develop an improved understanding of yourself and your life situation, identify areas of necessary change, and collaborate with you to develop strategies for implementing any needed changes. With expanded insight comes authentic expression and new understanding to cultivate wholeness. You don’t need to travel this journey alone. Let’s connect.
