Marriage is hard. Marriage with kids is even harder. I am passionate about helping parenting couples improve their relationship with themselves and their partner. Marriage after kids is not for the faint of heart. You're tired and often (and by often, I mean really close to always) interrupted, in survival mode and it’s easy to focus on the negatives about yourself and your partner. Whether you and your partner feel like you have lost the spark or whether you are contemplating divorce, you have come to the right place. I invite you to set aside time and space to reconnect with the most important relationships in your life (your relationship with yourself and your relationship with your partner). As a therapist, it is my job to meet you where you are; some sessions will be light-hearted while others will be full of depth. Together we navigate towards restoring your connection, rebuilding your trust and renewing your hope.
