I have worked with people from many different places and cultures and support people of all ages and genders. I’ve seen how stress and trauma show up in family systems and how systemic injustices impact everyone from kids in classrooms, to people with privilege, to single moms unable to access mental health care. I appreciate the angst of teenagers, the depth of existential questions, and the work of mothers reclaiming their identity. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in three decades of contemplative practice and inherently feminist and liberatory. I’m most interested in uprooting harmful cultural norms and supporting people to reconnect with their inherent wisdom and strength. I use an equity model — so my fee ranges from $225 per session to as low as $60 per session. When you pay at the higher end of this scale, you help make this service available to people historically denied access to mental health services. Please inquire for more information.
