I received my Bachelors degree in Marriage and Family from BYU-I and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I enjoy learning and engaging with people from all walks of life. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults on both an individual and group basis. Outside of my career, I love spending time with my family and being active. My family helps me remember the importance of connection, balance, and joy. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy and understanding. My practice is built on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where Clients feel heard and supported. Using evidence based practices, I want to work with Clients toward healing and growth. I believe in the power and capacity of individuals to be able to make changes and live life with peace and confidence. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
