I love to witness the spark come alive again in those I work with. I am interested in helping clients connect more authentically with themselves and the world around them. I often use the creative process and somatic experiences that are rooted in expressive therapies to locate and honor the grief and joy that come with change, transitions, and unresolved experiences. I graduated from Lesley University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist with the ADTA. I have taught creative movement and yoga to all ages in varied settings which include: studios, community centers, shelters, and public schools. This has propelled my keen sense of the creative process in my work as a therapist. I have worked with many backgrounds and those with various socioeconomic statuses and one thing we all have- is a body. If you are curious about a body-based psychotherapeutic approach to your intrinsic ability to heal, I would be honored to work alongside you, starting exactly where you are.
