Introduction

Hey there, welcome to my therapeutic space – a cozy corner where support and growth intertwine. My name is Chelsie, and I'm your go-to outpatient therapist, ready to guide you through life's twists and turns with understanding and expertise. I've got a mixed bag of experience across different levels of care, focusing on trauma-informed therapy and supporting my client through various mental health challenges. But what really drives me is connecting with people from all walks of life and offering a helping hand, especially to my LGBTQ+ community. As a mental health provider and queer woman, I strongly believe in advocating for the unique mental health needs of my fellow LGBTQ+ community members. Creating a safe and inclusive vibe is non-negotiable here! I'm all about evidence-based methods that empower and spark personal growth. Trust me, I've got a knack for tailoring therapy to fit your needs and kickstart your journey to feeling stronger and more in control. Some of the modalities that I use in my practive include CBT, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Person-Centered Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. What I tell my clients is this: You're the captain, I'm the co-captain. I'm here to guide and support, but ultimately, you are the one who knows your life, needs, and strengths best. I'm compassionate and caring with just the right amount of authenticity and honesty to inspire trust and confidence from my clients.
