Introduction

Hello there, thanks for stopping by! My approach to therapy comes from the belief that your journey is unique and personal. Sometimes life experiences place obstacles in our path that make it hard to move forward. My goal is to help you remove these so you can find purpose and joy in life again. Part of removing these obstacles is knowing how you react to stress or trauma and recognize warning signs and patterns that cause you to feel anxious, stuck, tired, overwhelmed, or all of the above! I am trained in Lifespan Integration which helps the body and mind work through trauma or grief and recognize that it's over. Pre-marital & couples therapy are the heart of my practice. Problems occur when we lose connection with each other. This begins to change when we learn to use empathy and vulnerability with our partner and ourselves. Marriage and relationships can be hard! I use Gottman’s approach to help you learn to problem-solve and connect again.
