Introduction

My clients describe me as warm, sincere, and committed. Clients say that my calm and compassionate presence helps them feel safe and confident to engage in the work. Something to know about my approach is that I help clients uncover and resolve limiting unconscious patterns of thinking and behaving that does not accurately reflect their best self. I’m excited to assist clients' true self-discovery so they can cultivate a life of meaning and fulfillment. Together, we will courageously and compassionately turn toward sensitive issues that hold you back in some way. With newfound courage and confidence, I'll help you overcome depression and anxiety to restore natural strengths and resiliency toward becoming self-empowered. I specialize in working with people who desire to overcome personal challenges and obstacles by rediscovering inner resources of wisdom and courage. We'll use targeted techniques and will frequently evaluate treatment effectiveness to ensure maximum benefit. I became a therapist because I'm passionate about individuals' access to mental health, and I desire to help people in meaningful ways to achieve their life goals. Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is the convenience of virtual therapy in the comfort of your home through the use of telehealth technology to meet your scheduling needs. More about me and my practice: As a previous employee of several different behavioral health organizations, I was required to follow practices that were not always in clients' best interest. So, I became self-employed to authentically align with my professional ethics and values to respect and honor clients' unique needs and desires. In this way, I am able to individualize the counseling experience and provide a custom treatment approach that is in clients' best interest.
