I am a licensed therapist committed to helping people learn HOW to think instead of what to think. My work focuses on targeting unhelpful and destructive thought patterns and replacing them with more helpful thoughts. I believe replacing these thoughts leads to better emotional management, resulting in feeling better, conquering anxiety and depression, and the ability to have happy, healthy relationships. I am passionate about combining my Christian faith with secular approaches to help people think more helpful thoughts, set strong and effective boundaries, and learn to forgive to help heal past hurts.
