I am a licensed therapist and certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner based in Seneca, SC. I’m so glad you’ve found me, and I hope you find the support you’re seeking. I believe that our true nature is to experience happiness, peace, and harmony, and that we can cultivate and access these qualities within ourselves. Often, people seek healing when their lives feel out of sync with their inner nature, and discomfort or disease arises as a reflection of that disharmony. In my practice, I offer both counseling and energy medicine, and I may integrate the two or focus on one, depending on your individual needs. Counseling provides a powerful way to meet yourself where you are and create the change you desire. Energy Medicine, on the other hand, works with the body’s energy systems to restore balance, flow, and overall wellness. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and well-being.
