And to help you develop the tools you need to move though life's messes in the best way possible. I am a certified PCIT therapist and can help your family improve relationships and work through challenges. Additionally, I'm rooted in a holistic, humanistic approach that helps teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life adjustments and past trauma.
