Introduction

Chris Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management from Utah Valley University and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. With over 23 years of experience in the field, he has taken on various leadership roles and built a reputation as a highly skilled and compassionate therapist. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), Chris specializes in helping individuals, couples, and spouses navigate complex issues such as betrayal trauma, pornography addiction, and other online addictions. Chris is trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Jungian therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), expressive arts, and sand tray therapy. His expertise extends to treating abuse, depression, ADHD, and more. Known for his calm demeanor and ability to connect with teens and children, Chris’s play therapy skills are highly valued by his clients. In addition to his professional work, Chris is a passionate world traveler and collector.
