Introduction

I am dually licensed in Washington and Oregon and work individually with adolescents and adults who are looking for support around their mental health: Neurodivergence- ADHD, ASD; Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, life transitions, such as grief/loss, significant changes such as child birth, separation/divorce, job change, substance use, illness. Additional training in the areas of PTSD, Addiction, Neurodivergence including Autism and ADHD in Adults. I assist individuals open up to themselves, without judgement, stories and unworkable behaviors, utilizing exercises and techniques that promote psychological flexibility and value driven behaviors.
