Introduction

Hello and Welcome to BARErecovery! (Be Aware.Recover.Evolve) I am Coach Chris, a Certified Recovery Coach, Life Coach, and Founder of BARErecovery. When I decided to stop drinking in 2014, I was a single Mom and bartender with no idea how to live a life of sobriety. At times it was awkward and uncomfortable, but as I better understood my relationship with alcohol and learned how to support myself in helpful ways, I realized there was so much more to this than solely quitting drinking. Since joining this field in 2017, I've learned that connecting through similar experiences is powerful and intuitively shares an unspoken sense of relief. When we feel understood, seen, heard, and safe we organically give ourselves permission to appreciate that personal growth is neither linear, simple, or "one size fits all". As I continue this work through BARErecovery, I remain committed to my core belief that every person's situation is unique and that no matter the struggle all humans deserve to deserve the opportunity to heal without judgment, guilt, or shame. If you feel like my support could be helpful for you or someone you know you can request a free consultation at the top of this page or visit my website, www.barerecovery.com. Lastly, whether or not I'm the right fit for you, thank you for caring about yourself and seeking the support you need! Take care and I hope to speak with you soon! Much Gratitude, Coach Chris
