Introduction

Hi, my name is Chris and I enjoy supporting and empowering adults to create fulfilling lives. I help people navigate difficult life transitions, and improve their mood and overall life satisfaction by working through difficulties connected to anxiety, depression, or grief. Go Spartans! Chris has completed training in self-leadership, somatic, and developmental approaches to human development. In his work, he draws from his background in Education, Leadership Development, Wellness across the Lifespan, and Humanistic and Narrative approaches to help clients thrive. He uses approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and solution-focused therapy to identify strengths and challenges and set goals. Specialization: Chris specializes in supporting individuals with anxiety, grief, and depression, and constructively navigating difficult life transitions. Chris has experience working with a diverse range of clients, spanning from teenagers to older adults. His background includes supporting high achievers such as executives, business owners, college students, and educators. Chris has helped individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, identity crises, and other complex life situations.
