I'm trained in a variety of therapy approaches but have seen the greatest healing and transformation through the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a proven method which assists us in evolving from feeling stuck in distressing life experiences to self understanding, mental wellness and personal growth. My advanced training and experience in EMDR have enabled me to use this approach in a way that goes far beyond an exclusive trauma focus.
