Introduction

Welcome! Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, using both EMDR and talk therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. I provide a warm, supportive space for adults and older adults to explore challenges such as trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. Whatever your journey may be, I would be honored to assist you as you walk toward a path of healing. I have been in practice for four years and have a wide variety of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I graduated from Augusta University in 2019 with a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and returned to my hometown of Milledgeville to do what I love most-help others. I specialize in trauma but treat a variety of areas such as personality disorders and substance abuse. I am trained in both EMDR and advanced EMDR protocols such as DeTUR.
