I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy, and my passion lies in helping individuals, couples, and families build deeper, more fulfilling connections—with themselves and each other. My practice is rooted in cultural affirmation, with a special focus on supporting Black clients and People of Color through life’s challenges and transitions. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. Together, we’ll explore the stories that shape your experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and nurture the parts of you that are ready to heal. My work integrates the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a Multicultural Perspective—all grounded in trauma-informed care. Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, identity exploration, or emotional wounds from the past, my goal is to help you meet the most empowered, compassionate version of yourself. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
